Baking Bliss accepts two payment methods: UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets, and we never store payment details.

UPI

Pay before dispatch by scanning the UPI QR code shown at checkout from any UPI application. The order moves into handling once the payment is confirmed. If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not appear, email [email protected] with your Order ID and the transaction reference and we will check it.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes. There is no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.

What you pay

The product price is shown on the product page. Delivery is free on orders of ₹699 and above; below that a flat ₹49 applies. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, so the total is visible before you confirm.

GST

Baking Bliss is not registered for GST. The business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

Currency

All prices are in Indian rupees and all orders ship within India.

Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment fails, nothing is charged and the order is not placed — try again or switch to Cash on Delivery. If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.
