Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

No. Baking Bliss is not registered for GST because the business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel.

How do I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee.

What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹699 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the whole order. The charge is shown before checkout is completed.

How long will my order take?

1–2 business days of handling, then courier transit: 3–6 business days in total to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We deliver within India only.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We review each case and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable, and we cover the return shipping when the fault is ours.

Can I return something I simply do not want?

Yes, if you tell us within 10 days of delivery and the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you. Tools that have already been used with icing, dough or paint cannot be accepted.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5 business days of a returned item reaching us and being checked. A cancellation before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.

Are the piping tips stainless steel?

The tips and nozzles listed as stainless steel are stainless steel; the material is stated in the specifications on every product page. Plastic scrapers, plunger cutters and silicone moulds are listed as such.

Do the tips fit any piping bag?

Standard tips fit standard bags with a coupler, but large-format tips need a wider bag opening and usually no coupler. Each listing states the size format. Tell us what you already own and we can help you compare against the specifications listed.

Can I visit and pick up an order?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address. Everything is delivered by courier.

Are the palette knives food safe?

They are stainless steel blades on wood or moulded handles, sold for both icing work and colour mixing. If you use a set for paint, keep it out of food use permanently rather than washing between the two.
