These terms apply to orders placed with Baking Bliss through this website. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

Orders

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout places an order. We confirm the order by email; that confirmation is when the order is accepted. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we contact you and refund the amount paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The product price is shown on the product page and applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, and if we do we will contact you and let you cancel.

Tax

The business is not registered under GST and operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. No GST is charged separately on orders and no GST tax invoice bearing a registration number is issued. The invoice included with a parcel is an order invoice.

Delivery

Delivery is within India only. Estimates are 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere, made up of 1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns are handled under the Return and Refund Policy: contact us within 10 days of delivery, and report a damaged or incomplete order within 48 hours.

Product information

We describe each item using the measurements and piece counts printed on it or its packaging. Colours can look different between a screen and the item in hand, and where a set is described as assorted we pick from the shades in stock. We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of anything listed here.

Warranty and liability

We do not offer any additional warranty through our store; where a warranty is stated on a product page, it applies on its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
