A moulded bow is far quicker and steadier than shaping one by hand, and the sizes let you match the bow to the cake rather than making one bow fit everything. Care & Use

Let fondant bows firm up in the mould for an hour before turning them out, otherwise the loops flatten as you lift them. Wash in warm soapy water and dry before storing. Do not use a knife to trim inside the mould.
