Four flat floral stencils, reusable. You hold the stencil against a chilled iced cake, spread a thin layer of contrasting buttercream across it, then lift straight off — the pattern stays behind. Wedding cakes use the technique constantly. Reusable sheets also work out far cheaper than edible transfers for anyone who repeats a design, and the pattern can be applied in any colour you mix. Four designs cover most wedding and anniversary work.

Care & Use
Chill the cake first — the stencil will drag through soft buttercream and blur every edge. Lift the stencil straight up, not sideways. Wash and dry flat between colours, and store the sheets flat so they do not curl.
