A 12-inch aluminium turntable with a set of decorating tools packed alongside it. The turntable is the piece that changes results the most for a new decorator: a cake that spins smoothly under a still scraper comes out even, and one that does not never will. A kit like this is bought once at the start and then used for years, which is why the turntable matters more than the number of small tools packed around it. Check the plate spins freely before the first cake.

Care & Use
Wipe the plate and the base rim after each use; buttercream that runs into the bearing is what makes a turntable grind. Do not put the stand in water — clean the top surface only. Store it flat rather than upright on its edge.
