Twelve plain round cutters in graduating sizes, in stainless steel. Plain circles do more work in a kitchen than any novelty shape: biscuit bases, doughnut rings, scone tops, and neat discs of fondant for covering a cake board. Twelve sizes also cover the awkward gaps — the cutter that is slightly smaller than the tin, for trimming a sponge to fit a board. Steel keeps a clean edge far longer than plastic on chilled dough.

Care & Use
Nest them in size order for storage so none goes missing. Dry immediately after washing — even good steel marks if left wet in a stack. Press straight down without twisting, and dip the rim in flour for sticky dough.
