Seven palette knives on redwood handles, with a wider range of blade shapes than the usual five-piece set — including the narrow, pointed profiles used for fine texture. The wooden handles are shaped rather than round, which stops the blade twisting under pressure. Seven blades also means there is usually one that fits an awkward corner exactly, rather than making do with the nearest shape. The redwood handles are sealed, which slows the swelling that ruins cheaper wooden tools.

Care & Use
Never soak wooden handles or leave them in a sink of water — they swell and the blade works loose. Wash the blade, wipe the handle, dry both. An occasional wipe of food-safe oil on the wood keeps it from drying out.
