Twelve Russian nozzles plus bags, couplers and a leaf tip, forty-seven pieces in total. A Russian nozzle pipes a whole flower in one press rather than petal by petal, which turns an hour of buttercream roses into a few minutes — the trade is that every bloom looks the same. Twelve nozzles also cover enough flower types that a cupcake batch can be varied rather than repeating one bloom forty times. The leaf tip included is what fills the gaps between flowers and makes the batch look finished.

Care & Use
These need stiff buttercream — a soft mix collapses the moment the nozzle lifts. Hold the bag vertical, press, stop, then lift straight up. Soak and brush the nozzles immediately; the internal cuts are deep and set icing is very hard to remove later.
