A 180-piece kit around an aluminium turntable, including flower nails and the smaller specialist tips that the compact kits leave out. It is the size to buy if you intend to do buttercream flowers rather than plain finishes and borders. The flower nails are the piece that matters here: piping a buttercream rose on a nail and lifting it onto the cake with a lifter is the standard method, and kits without nails quietly leave that out.
Specifications

Care & Use
Wash everything before first use. Flower nails and small tips are easy to lose down a sink — wash them in a bowl rather than under a running tap. Keep the turntable bearing dry and the tips in their tray.
