They release chocolate, wax and soap equally well. Six moulds also give enough size variation to build a full arrangement rather than a row of identical blooms. Silicone deep enough for 3D work needs a firmer paste than a shallow relief mould does.

Care & Use

Fill deep moulds in two stages, tapping the mould on the bench between them to clear air pockets — a single pour usually traps a bubble at the base of a petal. Chill before unmoulding chocolate. Keep food and craft moulds separate.
