A full working set: fifty-five stainless steel tips in a fitted case, spanning rosette, border, leaf and flower profiles. The case matters as much as the tips — loose tips in a drawer get dented, and a dented tip pipes a flawed pattern every time after. Fifty-five is more shapes than most people will ever use, but the value is in discovering which four or five suit your hand — that is difficult to work out from a set of six. Each slot in the case is numbered so a shape can be found again.

Care & Use
Return each tip to its own slot after washing rather than dropping them all in together. Dry the case before closing it, since trapped moisture will mark the steel over a few weeks. A soft brush is enough for cleaning; skip abrasive pads.
