Nine large tips in stainless steel, spread across star, round and petal profiles — enough range to decorate a whole cake without changing to a second set. Large tips suit thicker buttercream; a thin icing will simply run out of an opening this size. Nine is also a practical number to store: they fit one layer deep in a small box rather than needing a fitted case, and you can see the whole set at a glance while deciding. Each profile is distinct enough to tell apart by eye.

Care & Use
Thicken your buttercream slightly when using large openings. Wash before the icing sets and dry the inside with the corner of a cloth. A tip that has been dropped on a hard floor is usually out of round and worth replacing rather than reshaping.
