A barrel-and-plunger tool that replaces the bag entirely: load the barrel, fit a tip, and push. It gives steadier control than a bag for filling cupcakes and doughnuts, and it does not warm the cream the way two hands around a bag do. It also gives more control at low pressure than a bag does, which is what you want when injecting cream into a doughnut and cannot see how full it is getting. The fill tip is long and narrow specifically for that job.

Care & Use
Take the barrel fully apart to wash — cream collects behind the plunger seal where it cannot be rinsed out. Dry the seal separately and refit it only when dry. Do not force the plunger with stiff, cold buttercream; let it soften first.
