Five silicone spatulas in different head shapes, each with a reinforced core running through the handle so the blade does not flex away under stiff batter. Silicone heads clear a bowl properly and, unlike wood, do not hold onto the smell of what was mixed last. Five head shapes also cover the awkward jobs — a narrow blade for a jar, a wide one for a bowl, a spoon-shaped head for folding. The reinforced core is what stops the head bending away under stiff dough.

Care & Use
Silicone tolerates normal cooking heat but should not be left resting against the side of a hot dry pan. Wash by hand or on a normal dishwasher cycle. Check the join between head and handle occasionally and retire a spatula if it starts to separate.
