Silicone moulds for flowers, leaves, shells, bows and fruit. Dust with cornflour for fondant; chocolate needs no dusting and releases better after a short chill. Several of these moulds also take wax, resin and polymer clay — if you use one for craft materials, keep it out of the food set for good.
