Five of each size is the useful quantity: one board under each baked layer during assembly and a spare, so nothing has to be moved off a board mid-build. Five of each size also means a full three-tier build can be assembled, boarded and transported without moving a cake off its board at any point — which is when accidents happen. Parchment rounds are included for the baking stage.

Care & Use
Keep boards flat and dry until use; a board stored on its edge takes a curve that never comes out. Wooden dowels should be washed and dried fully, not soaked. Use the parchment rounds in the tin so layers release cleanly.
